Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Any Hi-Vis products that have been worn, washed, or removed from original packaging
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items not in their original condition
This includes all Hi-Vis clothing, headwear, and accessories from our range.
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package your items securely with all original packaging and tags
- Ship your return to our address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable method

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
