Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note on Hi-Vis Products: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any Hi-Vis items (including Hi-Vis clothing, headwear, and accessories) that have been worn or removed from their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items you’re returning, including all original packaging and tags.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our return address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval
  • Original shipping costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above, clearly indicating you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any Hi-Vis products that have been worn, washed, or removed from original packaging
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items not in their original condition

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
