Shipping & Delivery
We offer global shipping to most regions, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, you can enter your address to confirm we deliver to your location.
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
2. Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Our carriers typically deliver faster to industrial areas and business addresses as these are prioritised in their delivery routes. Residential deliveries may take slightly longer, especially in remote locations.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
